When applying to processing payments an acquirer will consider many things. However your chargeback ratio must not exceed 1% throughout your processing period. The optimal and most acceptable rate is typically 0.75%. Your chargeback rate has a bearing on the acquirers ability to process for you. Even you successfull dispute and raise a 2nd chargeback this will not alter your ratio.
